A do-nothing day.
First and foremost, thank you for all the birthday wishes I received since the night before, and those good wishes have yet to stop coming in! I feel blessed and grateful for all the friendship given to me.
Celebrating another milestone, age-wise, is wonderful. Each year, I would commemorate it with a meaningful event usually revolving around the family and things I love such as planting a plant.
This year, it was a quiet celebration again. A berbuka/breaking fast a few days earlier with the family, a nice quiet conversation with George Bohlender last night, and planting plants during the day.
One needs to celebrate little milestones. It is good for the soul.
