Group Career Coaching Program

RM500.00 per program

Program Structure

Each program consists of:
• a weekly session of 1.5 hours to 2 hours each for 4 weeks.
• structured learning and a working session plan.

Topics include:

Week 1: Self-management

Week 2: Key tools

Week 3: Mobilization skills

Week 4: Traffic light (reflections)

Tier 1 (Platinum) Executive Career Coaching Package

Your Tier 1: Platinum Executive Career Coaching Package includes:
• 10 core career conversation engagement sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours each over a three-month block.
• optimization of your resume/CV and your LinkedIn profile.
• tools tailored to your needs, including: The Eight Dimensions to Work-Life Integration, a personal SWOT analysis, interest profiling, patterns of thinking and behavior, and other resources suitable to your situation.
• bespoke activities tailored to your needs, including: market mapping, networking, journaling, and a guide to professional and personal growth via multi-learning modes to maximize your positioning.
• unlimited virtual support.
• one year of access to Dragonfire Academy’s online learning platform powered by Skillsoft Percipio. The platform provides you access to 120,000 pieces of content, 65,000 videos, and 7,000 courses.

Tier 2 (Gold) Executive Career Coaching Package

Your Tier 2: Gold Executive Career Coaching Package includes:
• 6 to 7 core career conversation engagement sessions sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours each over a three-month block.
• optimization of your resume/CV and LinkedIn profile.
• tools tailored to your needs, including: The Eight Dimensions to Work-Life Integration, a personal SWOT analysis, interest profiling, patterns of thinking and behavior, and other resources suitable to your situation.
• bespoke activities tailored to your needs, including: market mapping, networking, journaling, and a guide to professional and personal growth via multi-learning modes to maximize your positioning.
• unlimited virtual support.

Tier 3 Special Executive Career Coaching Package

A limited number of Tier 3: Special Executive Career Coaching Packages are available under The Fauad Initiative to individuals who are unable to afford our Tier 1 or Tier 2 packages. Those who may be eligible for a Tier 3 package at a super reduced rate include:

• Individuals in the B40 category whose household income is less than RM4,850 per month.
• Individuals working for charities, non-profits, or student bodies.
• Unemployed individuals.
• Students or fresh graduates.
• Daily wage earners and “gig workers.”

Career Alignment Sessions

Fee per session is RM550.00

Included in each session are:
• a pre-coaching needs assessment
• a 60-minute session over Zoom
• a 30-minute post-session check-in

Interview Preparation Sessions

Fee per session: RM550.00

Each session includes:
• a 60-minute Interview Preparation session over Zoom
• a 30-minute post-session check-in (typically held after you have used your new knowledge during a job interview to critique what went well and what you may need to tweak for future interviews).

Also included with this service is FREE optimization of your resume.

During our Interview Preparation session, we will discuss the following subjects:

1. Preparing your mindset: Preparing for the session by adopting a consultative mindset. The goal of a consultative mindset is to build trust, foster open communication, and create a sense of shared ownership and commitment to outcomes.
2. Planning in advance: Penning down your desired interview experience by understanding your work values, and researching everything associated with the job interview — such as the logistics to attend, names and backgrounds of the interview panelists, reviewing the job description, etc.
3. Probing: Practicing the use of various interview techniques such as offense mode, behavioral and situational questions, STAR, and mirroring techniques (among others).
4. Positioning: Presenting yourself as the best candidate by demonstrating your skills, experience, industry awareness and your ability to “speak” as though you are already part of the organization.
5. Professionalism: Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times by bringing the best version of yourself to an interview. Completing the interview process by agreeing to a follow up timeline and remembering to send a thank you note.

Resume Optimization Service

Fee: RM350.00

The primary purpose of a resume is to get you a job interview by demonstrating how your competencies, experience, and education make you a fit with the requirements of a job being advertised.

We will review your existing resume and revamp it to create a master resume that you can then use as the basis for creating customized versions of your resume to respond to specific job advertisements.

In the process of creating your master resume, we will ensure the accuracy of spelling and grammar to present you in the best light possible.

Our service includes the production of a draft of your resume, one round of edits, and a final version of your resume.
