I have helped many people find happiness and fulfillment in their careers and I would love to do the same for you. My approach to Executive Career Coaching is based on my belief that we are all guided by life values in our search for a fulfilling and sustainable career. Through a series of career conversations during our coaching sessions, I will help you to identify those values and provide a process and structure to help you integrate them into your present or future career.

The result of these combined values is “IBADAH” or “worship”. We view the performance of our work as an act of worship of Allah, the Merciful and Generous Creator and Sustainer of us all. We seek His favor by worshiping Him through the best possible performance of our work. In doing so, we aim to achieve positive results for our shareholders, clients, work colleagues, families, and ourselves.
